A4 Clothing is a wholesale apparel manufacturer and supplier serving retailers, distributors, brands, promotional companies, and corporate buyers worldwide. This Wholesale Policy explains our ordering requirements, production process, payment terms, and delivery practices.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are intended for registered businesses, retailers, distributors, e-commerce sellers, promotional companies, and organizations purchasing in bulk.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Most products require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). MOQ varies by product, customization requirements, and production method. Contact our sales team for current MOQ details.
3. Product Categories
We manufacture and supply T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Joggers, Shirts, Medical Uniforms, Hats, and other custom apparel.
4. Custom Manufacturing
We offer OEM, ODM, private label, custom branding, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, woven labels, hang tags, custom packaging, and private packaging solutions.
5. Samples
Samples may be ordered before placing a bulk order. Sample fees and shipping charges may apply. Sample costs may be credited toward qualifying bulk orders.
6. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is based on product type, quantity, customization, fabric, printing, embroidery, packaging, and shipping destination. Prices may change without prior notice.
7. Order Process
Orders are confirmed after quotation approval, artwork approval (if applicable), payment confirmation, and production scheduling.
8. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Production generally begins after the required deposit or full payment, depending on the order agreement.
9. Production Time
Production time depends on order quantity, customization, material availability, and factory scheduling. Estimated timelines are provided during order confirmation.
10. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, and shipping method. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise agreed.
11. Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes quality inspection before shipment. Minor variations in color, fabric shade, or measurements may occur within accepted manufacturing tolerances.
12. Returns & Claims
Bulk orders are generally non-returnable. Claims for shortages, damage, or manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 business days after delivery with supporting photos and documentation.
13. Cancellations
Standard orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Customized or private-label orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
14. Intellectual Property
Customers must own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted for production. A4 Clothing is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
